Kylene Law

Pilates Instructor, Studio Owner

Kylene Law, senior certified Pilates instructor and the owner of Mindful Movement Pilates Studio in Dallas TX has been teaching Pilates since 2005. She is certified through PhysicalMind institute. She has been a full time instructor and has been blessed to have owned two successful Pilates studios. In addition, she worked at Equinox as their Pilates coordinator in Dallas. In all her years in the Pilates community, her happiest is at her current studio, “Mindful Movement Pilates Studio”. Kylene truly loves sharing her passion for Pilates with her clients. Whether you’re looking for a challenging workout, want to focus on a particular goal, get out of pain, she wants to be your partner in your Pilates experience.

In Kylene’s classes, you can expect a personalized, creative, safe and effective sequence of authentic Pilates provided in a progressive way to encourage you to grow in your practice. She meets you where you are now and inspires you to explore your full potential.

February 2018 she became a certified Rossiter coach. Rossiter coaches are trained to reduce and eliminate most any mobility or pain issues from head to toe. It’s a unique and powerful approach to treat pain without drugs, shots or surgery. You no longer have to live in pain.

When Kylene is not in the studio you can find her shopping for antiques, spending time with her dogs, donating to her charity (Alzheimer’s Association) and watching the Real Housewives of Dallas.

Ashlyn Pooler

Pilates Instructor

Hey everyone! I’m Ashlyn, a Southern California transplant with a background in Kinesiology and pre-physical therapy – I’m also a huge foodie, an animal lover, and incredibly passionate about anything related to the outdoors!

After completing my teaching certification through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) I spent two years as a PT’s Aide implementing Pilates into my patients physical therapy programs. I then decided to take my career on the road – traveling the world training clients in both strength and rehabilitation while continuing my education under some truly amazing teachers!

While I am Classically certified and obtain an additional cert specifically for dancers, I consider my way of teaching to be “classical fusion”. I pay homage to tradition while keeping an open mind to the ever-changing world that is fitness and consider myself a forever student.

I encourage my clients to understand that good things take time and nothing happens over night – it isn’t just about looking good but feeling well. I am a Pilates instructor, a personal trainer and bodyworks specialist with the heart of a yogi. Above all I support big goals, little victories, and helping you to find a bit more balance in your life.
